Shipping policy
Our ARKi play couch products are not compressed and therefore come in up to 3 boxes. They are easy to handle and manage with a handle on each box, and weigh no more than 7kg per box.
Our Base Camp 2 seat couch will arrive in 3 boxes. Box dimensions are:
Base Cushions: 2 x boxes = 76cm x 76cm x 26cm
Arms/Backs/Moons: 1 box = 80 x 76cm x 26cm
The Lounger will arrive in 2 boxes.
Base Cushions: 1 x box = 76cm x 76cm x 26cm
Arms/Backs/Moons: 1 box = 80 x 76cm x 26cm
Accessories will be shipped separately.
Shipping around Australia is expensive so we have tried to absorb some of these costs, however to survive as a business we need to pass on some of these. Shipping is calculated on check out.
Shipping policy
In Stock Items: All orders for in stock items are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Order Events: We will not accept orders for items that are not in stock, accept in the case of a pre-order event where we will make orders available according to the stock we have arriving by a set date. Orders received in any pre-order events will be processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of us receiving the pre-order stock into our warehouse facilities. You will receive and initial order confirmation email on placement of order and a further notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping times will vary across Australia and will be subject to our carriers schedule, and capacity. There may be potential delays due to high volume demands or COVID restrictions which are beyond our control.
Pls note, we are unable to offer exact delivery dates, only approximate, as once your ARKi leaves our warehouse the timing is dependent on courier company and your location.
Whilst your order leaves our Sydney warehouse complete our delivery partners will quite often split orders for delivery so that multiple boxes can be delivered over several days. However each box has an individual tracking number so that you are able to track each item to your home.

All shipping charges will be applied at checkout and will equal the combination of the total of each individual items shipping cost. Shipping charges are determined by the postcode of your delivery address.
Warehouse pickup
Unfortunately due to warehouse restrictions we are unable to offer a free pick up option.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Australia. However if you are interested in our products and wish to see what options are available please fell free to contact us at hello@arkitribe.com.au
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@arkitribe.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this stage.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@arkitribe.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
