I spoke with one of the reps and they were so kind as to add these letters to my pack free of charge even after I forgot to add them to my cart. This is why I’m giving 5 stars: the service is impressive.
However the courier didn’t deliver the letters. They marked as delivered (the lounge and letters had 2 separate consignment numbers this is how I’m sure they were sent) courier gets 1 star.

We received this pack for free with our recent couch purchase and they are great! Lovely quality and stick nicely to the couch.
So far have withstood the rough folding, bending and trying to rip from the 18mth old too!

The felt signs are of beautiful quality and colours. They are packaged in an ARKI TRIBE drawstring bag which makes packing them up very efficient. It is the perfect way to blend additional learning into play with fine motor skills, number recognition, letter recognition and words.
They stick on very easily to the ARKI TRIBE lounge with velcro and are removed easily with no damage caused to the lounge.
A great little extra to make gifting the lounge more special!
